Panos Gioulis was born in Australia and educated in Greece.
He studied at Swinbourne University in Melbourne and is a graduate of the Veaki Academy of Dramatic Art in Athens.

He has designed and co-produced Beckett 3B, and he is in the process of translating and producing Antonia Franceschi's "Up from the Waste".
